Since the 1st October 2008 the Energy Performance certificate has been a requirement for landlords.

Landlords will not be allowed to market their property for rent without the EPC being in place.

The EPC survey will take approximately 45 minutes and we aim to deliver the completed EPC to you on the same day.

The EPC is not a pass or fail certificate, it is a series of recommendations of how to improve energy efficiency in your property, however implementation is not mandatory.

Your EPC will be valid for ten years.
